Firing: The empty ceramic shell is fired at high temperatures to strengthen it and remove any remaining traces of wax or moisture.
Casting: Molten metal is then poured into the ceramic mold. The metal fills the void left by the melted wax, taking the shape of the original pattern.
Cooling and Removal: After the metal solidifies, the ceramic shell is broken away, revealing the cast metal part. The final piece undergoes finishing processes such as grinding and polishing to achieve the desired surface finish.
