Development History

1988

The history of Ningbo Yinzhou fuchun precision casting co.,ltd starts in 1988. From one meter lathe developed into more than ten sets of meter lathe and 2 sets of CNC lathe family factory.

2000

Establishment of foundry production operation. Production capacity of foundry:1500T/year. Raw material:Carbon steel, low alloy cast steel. Only Domestic sales.

2004

Production capacity of foundry: 3000T/year. The first foreign trade orders. Passed ISO9001 quality system certification. Formed with hardness machine, spectrometer, impact machine, tensile testing machine, projection instrument,UT,MT such as laboratory testing equipment.

2007-2008

Passed PED certification of TUV certification organization. Production capacity of foundry: 6000T/year. Raw material:Carbon steel, low alloy cast steel, Ductile iron, grey iron, stainless steel, etc. Passed BV certification.

2009

Established with CNC equipment processing workshop, so far inferior to become foundry processing and the integration of professional factory.

2012

Company sales RMB 100 million for the first time.

2016-2017

During the two years, Ningbo Yinzhou fuchun precision casting co.,ltd successively obtain DNV. GL and LR certificate, at this point, company owns all of the classification society certificate.

2021

Own three coordinates measuring instrument.
Company sales over RMB 200 million.

2022

Complete the automatic line of the Shell molding workshop.
Production capacity of foundry:12000T/year.

2023

New green casting production lines get ready for production. A big step for the transformation of the sustainable development of the casting industry.
